We are excited to share a little more about our family with you. When we met 12 years ago on the beach we had no idea the adventure that would follow. We are so thankful for our two girls, Adalyn and Aubrielle, that we have been blessed with and are excited to grow our family. Being parents has been such a joy, we enjoy each opportunity for us to share our knowledge with our children and to help them explore and grow into their own little people. We look forward to bringing your child into our home and helping them find their passions and interests. We would love to have open contact with you and share letters, pictures, and visits with you.
About Us
We have been married for 9 years. Our number one thing to do when we have free time is head to the beach, it holds such a special place in our hearts. When we decided that adoption was how we would grow our family it was a calling that God placed on our hearts and the desire has only grown over the years. We are most excited about sharing our love for the great outdoors and nature with your child. We are excited for the little giggles; watching the kids play together, laugh together, and grow together as a family. Our children will always have each other, along with us, as a strong support system.
About Rob
Rob leads our family with his Faith, praying every night with our girls, ending the day with God’s word. He is determined and works with passion in every task he takes on. Rob is a sports fanatic and loves to play golf and watch college football, both at events and at home. He takes every opportunity he can to share this passion with his family. Rob is a patient person; this patience allows him to easily teach others new things and encourages our children to have patience with themselves as they learn new things, he is excited to teach your little one perseverance and patience as they discover their own talents and abilities.
About Angela
Angela’s genuine personality was one of the many qualities that drew me to her immediately; her infectious smile underlines her overall loving and caring personality. Ang loves being with friends, volunteering in our church’s 2yr old room and being outdoors. She has a passion for books and finds peace in writing/journaling thoughts and events and working on puzzles. Angela takes pride in caring for the family, preparing delicious healthy foods, and she is always ready for an impromptu trip. Watching Angela take average activities of daily life and make them fun and exciting shows her appreciation for all that God has blessed us with. She looks forward to showing your child that life is something to be enjoyed, even in small things.
Our Family
We have two girls, Adalyn and Aubrielle, who love to be outside, be active, create, explore new areas, and learn new things. Both girls are actively working on their big sister roles by preparing the nursery for their newest sibling. They look forward to reading bedtime stories, sharing toys, and rocking their sibling to sleep with their favorite blankie.
Our family is very large and technology helps us stay connected to our families; siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, great grandparents, and people who have just become like family. Most of the family lives within driving distance and we get together as often as we can. Everyone is so excited and supportive of our adoption.
Our Home in Florida
Our two-story home has an open floor plan downstairs which allows our family to connect even when we are busy doing the day to day things like putting groceries away. Our living area overlooks our backyard, which sits on a beautiful pond. Our yard is large enough to play in and enjoy the amazing sunsets each night.
It was important for us to find a neighborhood that has lots of things to entertain our family, our neighborhood hits the nail on the head. We have several parks, a large clubhouse with a resort-style pool and a water park, miles of nature trails and bike paths.
Our Promise
Our family promises a lifetime of love, support, and encouragement for growth. We promise to give your baby everything they need in life to succeed. We promise to help them grow to be a kind and productive member of society. We promise to teach them about the love that God has for them, and the love that you have for them. | Our Special Interests | Angela loves to experiment with different meals and desserts for her family, finding ways to create healthy delicious meals that everyone will love. She loves teaching and learning from teaching the girls the violin to refurbishing old furniture and everything in between. Angela also enjoys visiting historical sites/buildings. Robert is a college football fanatic, he loves teaching the kids about the game and cheering on his favorite team. He finds joy in jamming out to music while working out, taking care of his health so he can take care of his family is top of the list. Robert also really enjoys working in the yard, a task that is never complete. | |
| Our Faith | Our family relies of God's ever giving grace. We work every day to be better each day but know we will always fall short of perfection and we know that God loves us just as we are. We are very blessed to be a part of a large church. Our family serves as well as attends service. Angela teaches the 2yr olds, Robert works with the 1st graders, Adalyn is on the worship dance team, and Aubrielle, though she is too young to serve, helps her teachers in class each week. We are so thankful for the church family we have become a part of that makes our large church feel so small and our family feel so loved and supported. | |
| Our Musical Interest | Music connects our family. Each of us use music to express ourselves, Aubrielle sings and taps out beats randomly throughout the day, Adalyn loves to sing and is current learning how to play the Violin. Angela uses music to set the mood for cleaning, being outdoors, or relaxing. Robert uses music to hype up a workout, sort through emotional times, or relax at night. There is always some type of music going on in our home. | |
| About Our Home | Our home is 5 years old, it is a two story open floor plan with 4 bedrooms. We chose this style specifically to accommodate our large families. We love easily interacting in our home while cooking, or playing outside. Our home sits on a large pond with many animals that live in and around it. Enjoying the grassy yard as the sun sets is our favorite. | |
